In collaboration with Katelyn Rivas and the Free Black Women’s Library of Detroit, Worthwhile Paper has created exclusive 11 x 14 screen prints of this inspiring and beautiful Angela Davis quote to help raise funds for the library. This art was originally a painting, converted into a screen-printable format specifically for this initiative.
The Free Black Women’s Library-Detroit is a free, black feminist bicycle borrowing and trading library. We celebrate black femme authors, writers, artists and activists through representation, education and liberation through literature, community trading and transformational education programming.
